BATEP Administrative Analyst
Oscar Zhang is the Training and Exercise Grants Analyst for the Bay Area UASI, mainly responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure programmatic and financial compliance in UASI grants, and managing the site reviews and monitoring visits of subrecipient jurisdictions.
Prior to joining UASI, Oscar worked at Sales and Marketing field for over 10 years in the US and China, including developing and managing sales and marketing budgets, overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring sales pipelines, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Oscar earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Engineering from Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering in China. In his spare time, he enjoys and cherishes every moment being with his family, he always encourages his kids to explore the world, keep them passionately curious. He likes books, music and sports in his “me time”.
