Whole Community & Communications Project Manager

Corey Reynolds is the Bay Area UASI’s Project Manager for Whole Community and Communications and has nearly a decade of experience in disaster preparedness and emergency communications planning and policy. Previously, as a consultant, Corey designed and led numerous emergency operations and recovery planning efforts at the Federal, State, and local levels. In the communications sector, he consulted with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s emergency communications research and development program, the Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) program, where he oversaw a portfolio of strategic communications, policy analysis, and strategic planning. Corey holds a Master of Public Policy degree from UC Berkeley and worked as a graduate intern at the City and County of San Francisco’s Earthquake Safety Implementation Program
